The returned order needs to be postmarked within 14 days from receiving day. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note, hand engraved knives are non-returnable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It may take 10 to 14 business days to see the refund on your credit card or account.
We are not able to directly exchange goods. If you decide you would like a different product you can place a new order. Once your goods will be returned we will process a money refund.
We cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit and strongly suggest you to use a trackable service with insurance when returning your order.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs and import fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
